Slow and steady wins the race…

I’ve talked loads on this site about the importance of not comparing yourself to other people. Seems like I’m really good at doing that so I thought our channel my energy into something.

Rather than comparing yourself to someone else, compare yourself to where you once were previously. This is a game you can win!

The best part of it all is that you can take it at your own place as you’re only competing against yourself.

Slow and steady really does win the race!

Having started doing some upper body weights I’ve kept a log of how long I can hold a certain position for how many reps I can do of a particular exercise. I then compare my results each time to track my improvement.

There’s a lot to be is learnt from physical exercise that can be used for self improvement and personal development.
