One of the things I really struggle with platforms like Instagram and Facebook is just have fake they are.
These platforms thrive off people putting on fake personas and dependent on dopamine from all the likes and replies their posts get
It’s all fake, it doesn’t tell you the full details of their lives. By getting of these platforms, my home is to see people as they are. Not the stuff they choose to present.
It’s such a sad reality that their are people out their (including myself to an extent) who are so dependent on the approval of others.
