This is what I learnt today:
- Getting out of your comfort zone one small step at a time. You’ve got to expose yourself to your fears slowly. There is no time limit but don’t just leave it
- Remind yourself of your ground truths
- Reminder that there are plenty of nice people out there to form a relationship with that is better than you could imangine
- Establish your firm root in Christ and Christ only.
