I’m writing this post today having resumed my work I left from yesterday. Nothing much has changed but I am starting to get concerned about a close friend I had from about a year ago. I’ve heard stories about a person, who fits the description perfectly, that died on a trip. I don’t want to get too worried as it most likely would just be a strange coincidence.
Looking back, this is just another one of those events which I drastically over-examine and over-analyse. Mostly like (and hopefully) this isn’t the person I’m thinking of.
I find it interesting looking at how my mind usually makes the worst out of a situation. Hopefully, in the future, this will change.
As for now, I just need to remind myself that this is something that is beyond my control nor should it have a negative effect on me. Sure it’s sad, but it will just make you value your life and being all the more.
