Far too often I turn to others to gauge a sense of how well I’m learning. If I see others are ahead of me, I immediately assume that they are doing better than me and are outperforming me at the job.
This may not be the case at all!
You may find that people are rushing to get things done, or it could quite simply be the case that you are taking your time to try and find new ways to understand what I need to do.
There is nothing wrong with this at all.
We all learn at our own rates.
