On my path to becoming more of a people person, one skill that I learnt today could help for future progression. This came from basic obervations of those I feel comfortable around.
Here it is…
Maintain A higher out dergree than your in degree. Don’t expect other poeple to come to you to make you feel good. Go to them. Make conversations with all types of people. Not just those you would normally feel comfotable around. Get to know people and ask basic questions.
People will really apprecate it! Make out as if you are there best friend. Dont make it about you, make it about them!
