Today I learnt the power of killing two birds with one stone.
This technique I have found to be quite useful yet is incredibly simple.
If you loathe doing the dished, find an activity that you can do at the same time which you enjoy doing.
As you are doing the dishes, listen to a podcast.
Dishes are done, and I have learnt something
If you don’t like being at home, go out for a bike ride.
You feel happier and healthier without feeling bored at home doing nothing.
Find new techniques and new problems will help me to be more productive in future.
I hope that is the case.
It’s all about transferring the problem or the anxiety to something else.
Whatever the problem is, I hope that this technique will serve us well.
